Included in the total cost of is a pelvic floor examination ($180) conducted by a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist. This examination is a prerequisite for treatment and is used to assess and approve each client’s suitability for the procedure.

In the event that a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment based on this assessment, the remaining balance ($1,500) of the full purchase amount shall be refunded to the original purchaser.
