-
What is this treatment?
It’s a non-invasive therapy that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to trigger thousands of deep pelvic floor muscle contractions—stronger than what you can achieve with Kegels alone.
2. What does a session feel like and how long is it?
You sit fully clothed in a chair and feel gentle tingling and muscle contractions. Sessions last about 28–30 minutes, with no downtime.
3. How many sessions do most people need?
A typical course is six sessions over three weeks (two per week). Many people notice improvements after just 2–3 sessions.
4. How effective is it?
Studies show significant improvements in pelvic floor strength and reduction of urinary incontinence symptoms, outperforming Kegels or standard electrostimulation.
5. Who is a good candidate?
Women and men with pelvic floor weakness, stress or urge incontinence, post-prostatectomy symptoms, or mild pelvic organ prolapse. Not recommended for people with metal implants or other contraindications.
6. How long do results last?
Most people report improvements lasting up to a year. Maintenance sessions may be needed depending on lifestyle and health factors.
7. Is it safe? What are the risks?
Yes. The treatment is non-invasive and well tolerated. Side effects are minimal—usually just a temporary tingling or muscle fatigue sensation.
