Shipping policy

Body Pharm KC is primarily a service based business. In the event that a physical product is purchased, the following shipping terms apply.

We process orders within one business day. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday or next business day if it’s a holiday.

Orders ship complete when possible. If an item is back ordered, we will contact you to decide whether to wait, substitute, or cancel. While we do our best to keep products in stock, temporary delays may occur.

Free Shipping (if applicable): Applies to qualifying items shipped to one U.S. address, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Free shipping does not apply to expedited delivery, group sales, or out-of-stock items. Promotions are valid while supplies last and may change without notice.

International Shipping: All international orders are checked before leaving our center. Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and any delays caused by customs. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days, with 3–4 days often required for clearance. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
