Refund policy
Our services are designed to support clients with wellness and performance in a professional and transparent way. All bookings are confirmed in advance, and we ask that clients communicate promptly if scheduling changes are needed. We will always do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever possible. Payment is collected at the time of booking, and pricing is displayed clearly at checkout.
If a client needs to reschedule, we invite them to let us know as early as possible so we can offer a new time. Services that have already been delivered are considered complete and not eligible for refund. However, when a service cannot be delivered by us, we will provide either a new session or a refund depending on what is most appropriate.
Our responsibility is to provide services with care, professionalism, and respect while maintaining clarity about what each service includes and how it is delivered. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, for attending scheduled appointments, and for using the services in ways consistent with their intended purpose.
Any educational materials or resources we provide remain the property of Body Pharm KC and are offered for personal use by the client. They are not to be reproduced or sold but are available for ongoing personal benefit.
We also accept product returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To request a return, contact us at Info@bodypharmkc.com before sending items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number or confirmation via email along with directions for how and where to send the item back.
Exchanges are handled quickly by returning the original item and placing a new order. If you need help with this process, you may contact us by email or phone for further assistance. Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after a return is received and approved. Processing times may vary by bank. If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, please contact us at Info@bodypharmkc.com so we can assist you.
